Tavis and Malia met at Hampton University, where Malia immediately caught his eye during graduation. Determined to learn more about her, Tavis found his way into her life, and from that day forward, the two became inseparable.

Their shared interests, dreams for the future, and, above all, their faith brought them closer together and ultimately led them to an unforgettable wedding weekend in Norfolk, Virginia.

Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Tavis and Malia exchanged vows at the Chrysler Museum of Art before the space was transformed into a stunning reception. From the faith woven throughout their ceremony to the joy that filled the celebration afterward, their wedding was a beautiful reflection of the love and foundation they’ve built together.
