A Passion Met With Purpose
Growing up, I was shy and extremely introverted. Watching movies was my favorite pastime and I immediately took an interest in filmmaking. I started making videos when I was in 6th grade with an iPad. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion as I wrote and directed short films with family and friends. It didn't matter what I was filming: all I needed was a camera in my hand and I felt like I could create something special...
I always dreamed of being a filmmaker but had no idea how to turn my growing passion into a career. I had the drive and dedication to succeed, but realized that working on film or television sets didn't fit my personality or fulfill my creative spark. While at film school I was offered to film my first wedding. Little did I know that opportunity would change my life forever. I trained myself over several weeks and thought of it as a one time gig. I had never even seen a wedding video before, but accepted the opportunity and the challenge. This milestone catapulted me into the world of wedding filmmaking, and since then I have been fortunate to film hundreds of weddings and meet so many amazing couples, vendors, and everyone responsible for creating the perfect wedding day.

As any filmmaker knows, chasing your dream can be an intimidating path filled with unknowns; it took me years to realize that I was not competing against other creators, but rather against myself. I am constantly evolving as a filmmaker and a storyteller, and my relentless pursuit of perfection is what keeps me motivated to improve my craft.
There are very few jobs that are as rewarding as capturing the most special day of someone's life, and to me, it does not feel like a job.

I have always loved photography and videography but have fallen in love with filming weddings. Not only do I get to express my creativity, but it is especially rewarding capturing love between couples on one of the most memorable days of their lives. I am very sentimental and am grateful for the privilege to look back on such a special day and sharing that feeling with others. It is so much fun getting to meet new couples, and telling their stories is such a joy.
